I got this off of Facebook today. Just reading it and re-reading it is so gripping, I will never forget that day. God Bless them all and their families and friends.

Grand Opening Day
Wow what a blessed day this has been! We had a terrific grand opening day today. Lot's of people showed up to help celebrate.

Almost there!!
Well, my fingers are sore and my body aches, but we are making terrific progress.
My girlfriends have chipped in and are helping me paint, clean, whatever I need.
It is nice to be next to a Martial Arts Studio, whenever I need something big moved, Mike from Tracy's Kempo, is on hand to move it.
When I get hungry, I run downstairs for a scoop of icecream, (soon to be sandwiches and salads) at
Doodle Dips, Joe the owner is awesome.
When I need advice or just want to wander through the beautiful antiques. I run downstairs to see Helen and Mid her husband at Coffee's Antiques. I love it here. !!!! Feels like home

I love the first day of March. It makes me think immediatly of St Patrick's Day, which of course is green, and right now, green is so good!
The sun warmed up the day here on the Square. It helped lift my spirits as well.

Winter weather blahs.
Wow, what a circus these last two days have been. We live at the bottom of a hill, so with all of the ice we have, I think I will stay down here where it is finally warm again.
We lost power last night around 930 and it returned around 430 pm today. Got pretty darn cold in here.

It's getting ready to snow here in Galena/Sunbury. We still have snow on the ground. I am so hoping that we don't drop power again.
Tomorrow night is a big night for me. I get to work the Kid Rock Concert at the Schott for the American Red Cross. I am so excited. Love that energy!
